UI/UX design

UI/UX design that makes software easy to use

Good design is how your software gets used instead of avoided. We research your users, map their tasks and design clear, consistent interfaces for apps and websites, tested before a line of code is written.

At a glance

  • Product discovery & user flows
  • Wireframes & Figma prototypes
  • Design systems
  • Usability testing & responsive design

What we offer

UI/UX Design, end to end.

Product discovery

Workshops and short user interviews to agree who the product is for, what problem it solves and which features belong in the first release.

Wireframes & user flows

Screen-by-screen layouts and task flows that settle structure and navigation early, when changes are quick and easy.

Interactive prototypes in Figma

Clickable prototypes that look and behave like the real product, so stakeholders and users can try it before development starts.

Design systems

Reusable components, colours, type and spacing rules that keep every screen consistent and make future features faster to design and build.

Usability testing

Watching real users complete real tasks, then fixing what confuses them. Small rounds of testing catch costly mistakes early.

Responsive web design

Layouts that work properly on phones, tablets and desktops, with tap targets, readable type and fast-loading images.

AI, where it helps

Designing for AI, and with it

AI features need careful design: users must understand what the AI did, trust it the right amount and be able to correct it. We also use AI tools in our own process to work faster, while designers make the decisions.

  • Interface patterns for AI suggestions, confidence, edits and undo
  • Clear hand-off from AI assistant to a human
  • Faster synthesis of interview notes and user feedback
  • Quick copy and layout variations for testing, reviewed by a designer

Process

How the work flows.

  1. 01

    Discover

We meet your team, study your current process and agree the goals, users and must-have features. You receive a clear scope and estimate.

  2. 02

    Plan & design

We plan the architecture and design the key screens as a clickable prototype, so you can see and test the product before development begins.

  3. 03

    Build in sprints

We develop in short sprints, typically two weeks each, and show you working software at the end of every one. Feedback goes straight into the next sprint.

  4. 04

    Test & launch

Functional, device and performance testing, then a careful launch: store submissions, server setup, data migration and team training.

  5. 05

    Support & grow

After launch we monitor, fix and update, and help you plan the next set of features as your users and business grow.

FAQ

UI/UX Design: common questions.

Can you design an app that another team will build?

Yes. We deliver organised Figma files, a component library and developer specs that any competent team can build from, and we are available to answer their questions during development.

We already have a developer. Do we still need UI/UX design?

Usually, yes. Design decided up front prevents expensive rework later, and a tested prototype gives your developer a clear target instead of guesswork.

How long does UI/UX design take?

Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the number of screens and user types. Discovery and wireframes come first, then visual design and testing.

Do you test designs with real users?

Yes, wherever possible. Even a handful of users trying the prototype reveals most of the serious problems. We share recordings or notes and the changes we made.

Do we own the design files?

Yes. All Figma files, assets and design-system components are transferred to your account at the end of the project.
